Family reunions, wedding-guest blocks, church groups, sports teams, utility crews, contractor blocks — Westbridge Inn & Suites holds the largest indoor room block in Carrollton at any given time. With 34 rooms under one roof, we can absorb most groups without any guest having to drive to a second hotel.

- →Wedding-guest blocks for ceremonies in Carrollton, Marshall, Brunswick, and the surrounding small towns. Mid-Missouri weddings are often held at farms and historic venues — Westbridge is the closest practical lodging for guests traveling in.

How to set up a block
Call our front desk at (660) 329-9340 and ask for the group coordinator. You'll want to have:
- →Your dates and approximate number of rooms
- →Whether you need direct billing or individual guest pay
- →Any special requests (ADA rooms, ground-floor preference, adjacent rooms)

Why book direct for groups
Third-party booking sites do not offer group blocks — they sell rooms one at a time, often at varying rates. Booking direct is the only way to lock a guaranteed block at one negotiated rate.
